* Newglaze Terms of Payment:
1. To qualify for a £50 recommendation fee a duly completed form must result directly in a sale and have been received by Newglaze prior to an order being placed by the person(s) recommended.
2. Recommendation fees are payable after Newglaze have completed a satisfactory pre-production survey of the installation proposed.
3. Recommendation fees will only be payable on secured orders to the value of £1500 or over (including VAT).
